A Request in refunding

  Hi, I’ve been charged with an unsual money (around 22.99$) on my visa card. The thing is, my plan has been cancelled for many months (on Dec 13th 2025) and I’m still getting charged today. I didn’t even find any bills or subscriptions in my plans. I’d like to demand a refund, the money is very important to me at this moment. My bank usually doesn’t have enough 30$, but when I received 50$ today, I was charged so I was freaked out. Sorry for my poor English, I hope the words are understandable enough.

    I looked into your account info associated with this email address and I confirm that the last transaction made by Adobe was in 2025. There hasn’t been any transaction requested by Adobe post that.

    if that shows no adobe charges, report fraud to your credit card company.  if it shows a charged adobe account that you recognize, sign into adobe.com with that id and check your account, https://account.adobe.com
