A student: I cannot afford my Creative Cloud Subscription LOCKED DUPLICATE

I am a student in W. Africa and I have no idea of how to access the free creative cloud subscription, Looking for any info about how I can access it during this crazy time under isolation. I am not even sure we have an IT admin at school that can provide the services to us. The isolation is messing with my mind and I need to work on something. Please what can be done to help
