A weired charge

Question

Hi,

I had no idea when I subscribed to your service. Maybe a free trial I used. But how can you guys keep charging me $20.99 monthly without informing me in advance?

I understand that you guys want to make money, but don't cheat !!!

Can you stop charging me? And, if possible, repay me the money? Then, you can go back to your system and see that I didn't use your service at all!

Let me know your thought, please.

these are user forums. you need to contact adobe support. use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
