mir wurde einfach mit meiner email ein probeabo gestartet ich wusste nix davon und heute wurde mir von paypal abgebucht und ich will eigentlich mein geld zurück. was kann ich machen? an wen kann ich mich wenden?

Eduard, I am sorry that Animate did not meet your needs. I do see that you canceled your plan successfully. Please see https://adobe.ly/3QUUJK7 for information on the refund process. Depending on the financial institutions involved, refunds can take up to 14 business days to complete. ^JW
