Abbuchung trotz fristgerechter Kündigung

Hallo zusammen,

 

von meinem Konto wurde der monatliche Betrag abgebucht und nicht zurückerstattet, obwohl die Kündigung fristgerecht erfolgte. Die Kündigung lief, mit Ausnahme der unrechtmäßigen Abbuchung, ansonsten einwandfrei. Denn:

 

1. Der virtuelle Assistenz behauptet, es gäbe keine aktiven Abos, weshalb ich den Kundensupport nicht erreichen kann.

2. Es gab am Tag der Kündigung eine Bestätigung per E-Mail "(...) Ihr Dienst endet am 22-Januar-2024 (PT). (...)".

3. Ich habe keinen Zugriff auf die Produkte, für die die Zahlung erfolgte.

 

Ich bitte euch um Hilfe.

Thank you very much for your quick reply. I followed the instructions and the response of the virtual assistant is as follows:

"To continue with agent assistance, please sign in with an active plan. I found no record of an active plan linked to (...)."

Hence, the only remaining option is to create an X account and address @AdobeCare?

you can type "agent" then when no plan found, type "subscription"
