Abbuchung trotz Kündigung

Ich habe mein Abonnement rechtzeitig gekündigt, trotzdem wurden mir erneut 18,14 € abgebucht.
Wie kann ich mein gesamtes Konto vollständig kündigen, sodass keine weiteren Zahlungen mehr erfolgen?

Guten Morgen, ich bin froh das es nicht nur mir passiert. Ich habe mein Abo seit April gekündigt und es wird immer noch Geld abgebucht. In allen Webseiten und Programmen steht auch das ich kein Abo mehr habe.

Macht dagegen was.

We are here to help you. I see that you had purchased an Acrobat Pro subscription under the same ID that you are using here. The subscription was cancelled in April and there have been no charges since then. Adobe is not charging you for any subscription. 

 

Where do you see those charges? Do you mind putting the details here and check from where these charges are originating: https://adobe.ly/4pcCNKa
