Abbuchung zu neuem Preis ohne Zustimmung

Hallo zusammen, 

Es wurde bei mir keine vorherige Genehmigung gemäß des deutschen Rechts für Abos eingeholt für die Verdoppelung des Preises für das gleiche Produkt eingeholt. Daher war ich etwas schockiert, dass Adobe einfach 77 EUR eingezogen hat, anstatt den Vertrag nach geltendem deutschen Recht auslaufen zu lassen. 

 

An wen oder wo kann man sich wenden um das zu viel gebuchte Geld wieder zu bekommen, dass heute fälschlich abgebucht wurde?
