Abgelaufenes Konto, ältres LR aktivieren?

Mein LR Classic Jahres Abo endet im März 2026. Nun versuche ich  mein Jahresabo gekauft  bei Amazon, 27.05.2025 zu aktivieren, aber der Code wird  nicht angenommen. Um auf der sicheren Seite zu sein, habe ich noch eine weitere Version, gekauft im November 2025; den Code hab ich noch nicht versucht. Was tun? MfG Gottfried, Wien

@kglad Hi, I did not realize, that Amazon and vendor can be different.

Anyway, I could activate my LrC Plan using my order from Amazon Software Library.

It is now registered thru 10/10/2027 (!!!). My cat still shows v13-5. I’m not sure which updates I’ll get in the future. LrC is time-consuming enough, I’ve never used Photoshop…

How long a voucher is valid is probably different in US and EU

Maybe, my experiences are helpful for other users , too

contact the vendor and report the problem after checking to make sure what you purchased is not limited to first time subscribers.
