Abo kündigen und PrePaid aktivieren

Question

Ich habe Creative Cloud für meine Tochter (Student) bisher immer über 1 Jahres Prepaid gekauft. Im November war es wieder abgelaufen und ich habe im Mediamarkt abermals eine 1 Jahres-PrePaid Lizenz gekauft. Sie ist zur Aktivierung genau nach den Angaben vorgegangen und trotzdem sind mir jetzt 2 Monate als voller Abo Preis auf meine Kreditkarte belastet worden.  Ich habe das Abo jetzt gekündigt, finde aber keine Option, diese 1 Jahres-Lizenz zu aktivieren.  Wo bekommt man da zuverlässige Hilfe ?

Lara, I can confirm that you did cancel your subscription under two of the four accounts that you created. Please see https://adobe.ly/4rZdNIp for instructions on switching between accounts to manage them. You will want to follow the instructions provided to you for your next year and verify that you choose your preferred account when applying for the new subscription. If the subscription is being provided by your school, then you may want to work with them for help. ^JW
