Abo on demand wird abgerechnet mit 249,99 EUR obwohl nichts abgeschlossen wurde!

Hallo Community,

 

es wurden mir 249,99 EUR für ein Abo on Demand Rechnung gestellt obwohl ich niemals dieses Abo abgeschlossen habe. Auch in meinem Konto ist dieses Abo nicht ersichtlich.

 

Über Paypal kann ich es nicht mehr zurückholen.

 

Ich kann hier vom Support niemanden erreichen der sich das mal in meinem Konto anschaut, man wird immer auf die Community verwiesen, vielleicht kann mir hier jemand weiterhelfen.
