Abo wechseln - Sonderangebot

Question

Hallo,ich habe derzeit ein Abonnement der Creative Cloud mit allen Applikationen für Studenten und zahle dafür 29,74€ im Monat. Unter der Funktion Abo verwalten wird mir derzeit ein Wechsel zu demselben Abonnement vorgeschlagen, allerdings 33% billiger, sprich 19,34€ / Monat. Wenn ich allerdings zu der vergünstigten Variante wechseln will, muss ich erneut meine Bildungseinrichtung angeben. Dieses Feld ist aber bei mir nicht ausfüllbar. Sobald man in das Feld klickt wird es rot und es kann nicht weiter bearbeitet werden.Ist das eine temporäre Störung oder hat jemand eine Idee, woran das sonst noch liegen könnte?Liebe Grüße

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
