Bonjour, 

 

En tant qu'étudiant, je souhaite prendre Lr + Ph. Le seul tarif qui m'est montré est à 11, 99 euros. Ma question est : est-ce que je peux résilier l'abonnement à tout moment ?

Bonjour Thomas,

La fomule Photographie (Ps + Lr) est un contract annuel et vous pouvez résilier votre abonnement à tout moment via la page de votre Compte Adobe ou en contactant le Service clientèle. Si vous résiliez dans les 14 jours à compter de la date de la commande initiale, vous serez entièrement remboursé. Passé ce délai de 14 jours, vous serez facturé un montant forfaitaire de 50 % des sommes restant dues jusqu’à l’échéance de votre contrat et votre abonnement courra jusqu’à la fin de la période de facturation de ce mois.

 

Si vous n'aurez besoin de Ps ou Lr que pour 1 ou 2 mois, vous pouvez choisir la version mensuelle à 29,99 euros (HTVA). Le coût est est plus élevé, mais il n'y pas de frais de résiliation.
