About account cancellation..

I wanted to cancel my yearly renewed Adobe CC membership so that it would not be paid automatically. I wrote to Adobe support and they offered me a nice offer. they would cancel my membership with 1 month left to expire and start at the new price. Due to a credit card limit issue, the person I wrote to at Adobe support was unable to process the transaction. He said he would send me an offer and I could pay by clicking on the link.

I tried to pay by clicking on the link in the email, but the system kept giving me errors. I corresponded with Adobe support again, I contacted my bank. My bank said that there was no transaction, there may be a problem with Adobe. Then I contacted Adobe again. they told me that the account was suspended due to suspicion of fraud and that they were investigating the situation and that it could take 3-4 business days. I said that it was too long, so I could not continue my work.

I then corresponded live with another official, who told me that my account had been cancelled due to potential fraud, that no new payments could be made from this account, but that I could make subscription payments if I opened a new account. If I open a new account, the offer they give me is more expensive than the new offer they gave to my existing account.

I have already been trying to make a payment for hours. I have been very victimised because of the errors of your system. I cannot do my job.

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I tried them, but they said they canceled my account because of an error that wasn't caused by me. They canceled my entire account

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum.
