About Adobe Stock subscription

On November 29, 2024, I subscribed to Adobe All Apps. And now, in November 2025, I wanted to cancel, and I did. But here's the problem: I've never been an Adobe Stock subscriber. But now I see that I'm listed as an Adobe Stock subscriber. But I never had permission to do so. A Stock subscription I've never used has charged my credit card $29.90 every month. This is unacceptable.
I demand information about this. How is this possible?!
How can I have an Adobe Stock subscription that I didn't authorize and didn't purchase willingly?!
I want you to know that I will be reporting this everywhere and I want this issue to be fixed. I've been charged Adobe Stock fees for a year that I haven't used. This is unacceptable. I demand an urgent explanation and a solution from you...!!!???

Hi Fedayi385617790988,

I see that you have an Adobe account under the same ID as the one used in the community. The Creative Cloud and Stock subscription were both purchased on the same day. It appears that you purchased the Stock and Creative Cloud combo.

But the subscriptions are under cancellation process. Let us know if there is anything else you need help with.

Thanks

you've been charged every month for a year and you just noticed?

Do I have to check my credit card information every month? Maybe it's a gift from a friend.

Adobe should have requested the credit card information again. However, it didn't; it chose to use the existing credit card.

you should check your credit card bill every time you are charged.

Hi Feday,

When you subscribe to Creative Cloud, there is a checkbox to include Adobe Stock. It is unchecked by default. See this screenshot for what you see when you subscribe:

I'm sorry, I only subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud for all applications. Adobe used my current credit card without my knowledge or consent. I just found out about this and I'm upset. I've never used Adobe Stock. So why?

because you ticked the stock option when subscribing.
