Dear Adobe employee, I would like to ask about my refund progress, it's been 4 days now and the refund money haven't give back tome  after I paid Acrobat pro, RM143.64 and cancel it on that same day I paid it. I thought it suppose to be fast refund because its within 14 days. Originally, my Acrobat pro trial was expired. When is the date refund money?

Hi @ervinmax_7026,

Thank you for reaching out. As checked on our end, we can confirm that your plan was successfully cancelled on June 2, and the refund has been processed from our side.

As @9336134 Bob mentioned, it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If it does not appear within the expected timeframe, we recommend contacting your bank for further assistance.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Regards,
^AN

Hi ItsL3E, I understand you're checking on the refund status.

I can see that a refund was initiated today due to a change in your Adobe plan. Refunds are typically processed and reflected in the original payment account within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

I hope this helps clarify things. If you don't see the refund after that timeframe, please feel free to reach out again. Thanks!

Hello Adobe Support, I accidentally purchased the Adobe Acrobat Premium annual subscription. I did not intend to buy this plan and realized the mistake shortly after the purchase. I have not used the premium features and kindly request a full refund as a one-time exception. I have already cancelled the subscription. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi Kanxi,

I can see that you have an active Acrobat Premium subscription, and it is still within the free cancellation period.

To cancel the subscription online, please follow the steps outlined in this article:

https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html

I understand you’d like to resolve this quickly, and I hope these steps help. If you run into any issues along the way, please let us know and we'll be happy to point you in the right direction.

Thanks

I'm not an Adobe employee.

It can take 7-14 business days for a refund to appear on your account.
