about the free trial

I'm a student and i forgot to cancel the free trial of the adobe (I'm new to adobe) and I didn't knew it will automatically charge despite of the free trial and now it's charging me and I don't even have money to pay for it, even my ewallet has no money, bcs I thought after the free trial, I can cancel it anytime, and now I'm scared it'll kept charging me monthly and monthly even though, I don't use Adobe anymore as I only used adobe for ONCE, and used the free trial bcs I need a specific output. I'm scared cuz I can't pay and I can't cancel it,  plss I'm crying

The day when I used the free trial, I was just having a project that I need to finish quickly for my pdf files as I didn't read much further the description too well because I was in a hurry to finish my school projects, since I really thought it's "free trial" that I can cancel anytime.

Thanks for reaching out, @brilliant_Smilec793.

Since both subscriptions are showing as past due and you're unable to make a payment to bring the account current, this is something that the Adobe Support team will need to review directly.

Please contact Adobe Support using the chat option here:

Contact Adobe Support

Be sure to explain that the subscriptions were only recently activated and that you're unable to resolve the issue through the account management page because of the past-due status. The support team can review the account details and discuss any available options with you.

You may also find it helpful to review Adobe's cancellation terms and refund policy here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

Because your subscriptions were recently activated, I'd recommend mentioning that when you contact support so they can review your account and advise you on any available options.

I hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.

Please update this public discussion thread if you have any additional questions, @brilliant_Smilec793.

Please tell me if there's anything I can do, I'm a broke student, I'm really scared it'll kept charging me for lifetime, I really don't have money to pay for it (if y'all gonna ask about my parents, I don't wanna be a burden to them, we don't have that much money, and I literally used adobe for only ONCE)
