Abrechnungsproblem / Billing problems
I constantly get a message saying that there is a billing problem with my Creative Cloud Abo 100 GB.
Checked all the Adobe bills with my bank account – all have been debited from my account.
My payments have always been debited from the same account for years and there have been no changes at all.
Anyway, I updated the payment method as asked (same account as before, typed everything again) also activated and read the mandate notice and received confirmation that the updated billing information has been received.
Still the error remains.
Locked out of Creative Cloud, restarted the computer – did also not work – the error remains.
It always pops up and asks me to update my billing informations when I start an app or during work with an app.
Absolutely annoying.
Reading through the Adobe community, it looks like I am not the only one with this problem, since there are other users reporting exactly the same problem.
Please fix this.
