Hallo

Leider hat Adobe meine Zahlung von dem CC-Abo via PayPal zurückgebucht und jetzt steht in der Kontoverwaltung das es Abrechnungsprobleme gibt. Der Adobe Support hatte nochmal eine Zahlung veranlasst aber auch diese ist wieder fehlgeschlagen.

gibt es bereits nutzer die einen solchen fall schon mal hatten?

Thanks for reaching out. I can see that there are pending dues on your CC Photography plan. Did you try making the payment using any other payment method?

Could you also try any other device?

What error do you get when you try to make the payment? Did you try using any other device like a mobile phone instead of a computer?
