Absolutely Horrible Customer Service and Illegal Practices

After I was charged for a service without my permission, I attempted resolving the issue with TWO separate customer service agents who BOTH rudely and unprofessionally ended the conversation after refusing to assist me. This is ridiculous, unprofessional, and quite honestly borderline unlawful when you consider the nature of my issue to begin with.

You got disconnected. It's unfortunate but it happens, particularly in chats. I doubt there was any malice intended. I've experienced the same thing. Plus keep in mind that you're chatting with a virtual agent, not a human.

 

The issue really needs to be resolved through the Apple App Store where the trial was initiiated. Have you contacted Apple?

You can't be charged if you do not provide your payment information

 

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you enter your credit card number to buy a subscription
