I did a test, and I didn't find what I wanted, besides the price being too high for what I need, I made the mistake of forgetting to cancel, on July 12th they started charging, today, the 26th, within the 14 days to cancel through the website, they want to charge me an absurd fee, and I have no one to complain to, beacause its a saturday on my country Brazil. I didnt even use anything of the product!

there's no benefit to waiting UNLESS you have a use for that stock subscription.

if you do not have a use for it, cancel now.  you are within your 14 day window and shouldn't be charged.  you can appeal the charge to an adobe employee, if it's cancelled today.  tomorrow you will be outside the 14 days window though with stock you should have a 30 day window to cancel.

Rafael, I am sorry you did not find more value from your recent usage of our services. I can confirm that you did complete the cancellation process listed in https://adobe.ly/44P4uRM. This does mean that any unused credits are no longer valid. You can find information about the fees that will be applied for the cancellation after 14 days at https://adobe.ly/4kVMcD7. ^JW

1. please stop the duplicate posts.

2. again, you complained here.  but the issue is you failing to cancel when you knew you should.

for others, don't start "free" trials with adobe or anyone else that has one of your credit card's info if you intend to, or might want to, cancel UNLESS you set a reminder.

and even with reminders life happens.  maybe you're injured and can't cancel on time.  plan ahead.
