Ben, I can confirm that your new membership is currently active, but it won't be for much longer unless we receive a payment. Please see https://adobe.ly/40b31D5 for information on how to update the payment method on file for your Adobe account. If you are unable to resolve the payment error soon, then see https://adobe.ly/3VTvlHv.

Finally, your membership is active right now, so there is likely a technical reason the software is in trial mode. You can find several technical solutions to unblock the computer from seeing your active membership at https://adobe.ly/3VXRtjR.

If you need help, please follow Kglad's suggestion and contact our support team directly at https://adobe.ly/3WjnQtN. You may need to use a different device to update your payment information and contact us, as the same thing keeping you in trial mode could be blocking you from reaching us. ^JW

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
