Accedí al pla prueba el cual cancele antes de que finalice la versión prueba y me cobraron, incluso hicieron un cobro doble como solicito la devolución?

Necesito que me ayuden, accedí a la versión de prueba y antes de finalizar el tiempo de prueba solicité la cancelación porque no queria usarlo pero resulta que me realizaron 2 cobros de mi tarjeta de débito y sigue vigente el plan, necesito que hagan la devolucion de dichos cobros
