Access Denied Adobe substance painter

Hi everyone,

I've searched through previous discussions to see if anyone has resolved this issue, but I couldn't find a solution, so I'm asking again. When I open Substance Painter (with a fresh student license I just received), I get the following error message:

You don't have permission to access "http://commerce-stg.adobe.com/store/segmentation?" on this server.

I've already tried the following:

• Disabling VPN/Proxy
• Updating Adobe Substance software
• Logging out and back into my Adobe account
• Clearing browser cache and cookies

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
