Access Ended on Premiere Pro

My school Kalmazoo Valley Community College changed its access for personal laptops using the Creative Cloud. 

I purchased the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite for my laptop. I used my student email as I had previously, but I am still showing Access Ended on Premiere Pro on my apps. Did I miss something when I made my purchase? How do I resolve this?

check your account, https://account.adobe.com and verify everything is what you expect.

 

then sign out and then back in to the cc desktop app using the same adobe id/password used to check yoru account, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/activate-deactivate-products.html
