Access of old Adobe ID

I am trying to log into an account which uses an old work email (which I can no longer access). I have no record of the passwors , so cannot reset it via the email . Any ideas?

This is to log in to that account to cancel a subscription which I am not using.

Is there a calling from outside US number , can't seem to find one ?
