Access to the Files in Cloud

Last year, I got a subscription to Creative Cloud, covering all the Adobe products, via my institution, and I was using the Cloud to save my documents in Illustrator and Photoshop. At the end of November, my subscription is renewed (the same email and again through my institution). However, right now, I cannot access my files in the cloud because it says I'm not the owner. It also says that I can use Illustrator only with the files on my local computer. I don't know how I can access my files and solve this issue.

Correct answer Nancy OShea

Your institution's IT Admin must grant you access to those files.

It's their plan and therefore their files.

To maintain files to which only you have access requires a separate personal plan.

Hope that helps.

Team or Enterprise subscriptions can have their own management settings. Contact your IT department/account administrator and ask them.
