Correct answer Jeffrey_A_Wright

Hey Jeff, are you guys getting anywhere with this? Since it affects so many different ISPs and browsers, surely it has to do with our Adobe accounts somehow?

Thanks for asking, Roger. I see an update on this issue as recently as today, but nothing which can be shared.

Thank you, everyone, for providing the requested information. I have logged this information, plus details about your account, to help facilitate the discovery of a solution.

I received an email for Adobe partner perks. I am a single Creative Cloud subscriber and have been for years. I can't find access to these perks. I'm in the United States.

So now it seems as if something has happened since the offers now work for me.

Thanks for the update, Roger! Have others been able to redeem the offer successfully?

Same issue here. Tried from Windows PC, Mac and mobile device. Three different ISPs. No way to redeem any offers

Thanks, Duncan, George, Threebythree. If you can respond with the Internet Service Provider (or three different providers) each of you utilized, it would be appreciated.

Same problem with me! No luck on any of the main browsers on a Mac.

Same issue for me from multiple computers, tried from my office PC, my home PC and my home Mac. None of them show the "redeem" buttons.

I'm in the market for a new keyboard as well.

Hi Roger,

I'm having exactly the same issue. I'm in the UK and have tried using different browsers on different machines so I don't think it's a local network issue. I've also tried my mobile phone. I did try contacting the Adobe support team via their chat function but they didn't seem to understand what I was trying to access and then the call disconnected so I gave up!

Sorry to hear that. It must be something wrong with the website. I just tried with Microsoft Edge, (which I have only opened once ages ago, so it can not be a problem with cookies or settings) and the result is the same. I think this will be for Adobe to fix for the future.

I tried Edge too just in case. Oh well, looks like we'll be missing out on these for a while. At least you know it's not just you!

So, anyone in the UK who can not access it either?

Yeah, sorry should have mentioned that I am indeed in the UK. I did not notice that it is only for the UK so far.

yes, it's in the fine print (terms & conditions) which includes, "You must have a UK-based subscription in order to make use of the Platform. "
