Accessing account help

Hi there,

 

I purcahsed the CC at the beginning of the year with the faculty discount. It has been working fine until about 2 weeks ago, when CC said it couldn't update. I checked my bank account and I am still paying, but CC does not let me in!!

 

I tried to ask for help and it tells me I need to talk to an administrator, but I have no idea who that is.

 

Help! Paying but have no access.
