Accessing invoices

Hello everyone

I was signing in to my Adobe account with a Google account of my work email.

I left my work and canceled by Adobe subscription on work email. Before I did I downloaded all the invoices.

 

But apparently there was a cancelation fee and I cant access the invoice for the cancelation fee because my Google account for work email is no longer active.

 

Now need help with retracting that invoice

We appreciate you reaching out. I can see that you have an active subscription for CC all apps with this email address. When did you cancel your subscription? Could you share your email address with me through DM?

I checked that you cancelled the subscription on May 7, 2025. Adobe keeps the invoices safe till 3 years even after cancellation. However, it can only be accessed after signing in to your account. The account is still active at our end. Did you try signing in using the login credentials?

What error do you get?
