Accidental Cancel of Adobe Stock, Customer Service want to upsel me!
Hi
I'm having a nightmare with something I think is relatively straight forward.
Yep, my adobe stock got accidentally cancelled, just yesterday, and I've been battling trying to get the cancellation revolked.
There seems to be an insistance to upsel me a business plan or resell me the same package and me lose all my credits!
To me this seems simple, I've seen Ani on here do it for people for example.
Could anyone help or have any advice, I'm desperate to reclaim what was a stupid error on our part.
