„Accidental Subscription After Free Trial – Please Cancel Immediately“

Hi, I started a subscription by accident after a free trial. I cannot cancel because of a failed payment and I want to cancel immediately. I did not intend to continue the subscription. Please cancel it and remove any charges.

Fix the failed payment. You need to have a valid form of payment before you can cancel a subscription and get a refund.
