Accidentally bought photoshop annual plan

Hello,

I thought that I bought the plan that allows you to cancel any time and pay monthly. Now it says that I have to pay a fee to quit my plan. Last time that I bought the monthly plan I got it right, but now I somehow took the annual plan accidentally. Can you please help me with this?

Hi! Could I ask how you got it fixed? I'm in the same situation right now because I accidentally bought Acrobat Pro Annual instead of Monthly?

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

Oh my goodness, the same thing has happened to me, they need to make this very obvious and clear!  I'm a new user, and this makes me not trust Adobe now... It says I have to pay $115 to cancel a monthly annual subscription that are thought was just a monthly subscription... I'm on my 16th day, I just notice this today because I was planned to cancel until November, please someone help!

As mentioned, we voluteers can't deal with payments, but contact links to Adobe are listed in this thread. Hopefully, you should be able to change your subscription, but you should always look at contracts carefully before signing up for them. The various types of Adobe applications memberships are normally listed clearly.

I should have worded this better, I know that people can't really fix my problem on this thread, but was looking for how to contact them it was hard for me to find it and was panicking being in a contract.

Glad you have it fixed. For anyone else following, this I will mention there are many plans with Photoshop. These are approximate prices in US$

$30 - Photoshop only, can cancel without penalty

$20 - Photoshop only, annual commitment (called "annual, paid monthly")

$10 - Special price "Photography Plan" with Photoshop and Lightroom, annual commitment

There are other Photography Plans with different apps and storage, all are annual commitment

Also

$50 - all apps, annual commitment

$70 - all apps, cancel without penalty

SOME programs are available Monthly https://community.adobe.com/t5/Get-Started/Being-charged-for-a-full-year-when-i-m-on-month-to-month/td-p/10248222 - links and pictures

The special Photography Plan is ONLY available on an annual plan, with monthly or 1 annual payment

Sorry, nobody here can help with an account or payment problem
This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Help Center https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html is a good place to start
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-you MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

or
Twitter tweet @AdobeCare

.
Adobe does NOT do support by email, so beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message

How long have you been using the plan before discovering the mistake?

We are volunteers and can't help you with payments, you need to contact Adobe to sort this issue out. If you've only been using the application for a couple of weeks you may be able to get out of your contract. See if you can do it yourself via Account Settings, see the drop-down menu (top right on the application).
