Accidentally canceled my subscription

I accidentally clicked on to cancel my subscription and don't wish to do this.

I only want to keep the original adobe I am told I have but don't want to cancel all adobe just extra and I thought I cancelled it totally which I don't want.

Thanks for confirming, Pauline. As my colleague mentioned, you have an active subscription to Adobe Acrobat since 3 years and 11 months. The subscription will renew on April 30.

You don't need to purchase a new one. Let us know if you have any questions.

unfortunately, that can't be reversed.  you'll need to start a new subscription.

As I understand you had cancelled your subscription, however, I see that you have an active Acrobat subscription under the same ID as with this community. Do you have another subscription under a different ID? If not, the Acrobat subscription is still active. Feel free to let us know if you have any issues using the product.
