Accidentally cancelled my plan

I accidentally cancelled my plan and was charged. I would like to reverse this.

Hi @elishya_4979,

We appreciate you writing in. I can see that you have an active plan for Adobe Acrobat Pro which will continue till July 18, 2026. The plan will not get renewed after the term ends as you have cancelled the renewal.
You can subscribe to the plan again after July 18, 2026. Does that answer your query?

I don't want to subscribe to the plan again after being charged a cancellation fee. Instead could you please reveserse the cancellation and the fee charged so that I can ceontinue with the previous plan

There is no cancellation fee charged to your account because the plan will continue for this annual cycle paid monthly and continue the term. The cancellation or early termination fee is charged only if you plan to end the plan before the committed annual term.
