Accidentally created a new account
Hi,
I recently realized that I accidentally created a second or personal Adobe account and was charged for a subscription under it. I hadn’t noticed it earlier because I’ve been actively using my main account, and I wasn’t aware that a second one had been set up.
The second account hasn’t been used for over a month, and I’d really appreciate your help in canceling it. If possible, I would also like to request a refund for the recent charge.
Please let me know what are the things I need so I can get a refund.
