Hi,
I accidentally clicked on the try button on the creative cloud interface and it auto started a trial. I don't want a trial I waiting for my licence to renew through my uni. I tried to cancel this trial but it says I have no plans?? I am really confused.

If the information does not help, then you need to contact support. Make sure you do that as soon as possible else you will be charged and cancellation beyond that would incur a cancellation fees. You only have 14 days to cancel without any charge.
