Hi Moh_graphiste,I understand this can be confusing.

I can see that you have an active account associated with the same email address used for this community. There is also an active Creative Cloud Pro subscription on the account. The account is currently registered in France.

If you'd like to change the country associated with your account, please follow the steps provided in the help article. Link: Change the country associated with your Adobe account.

If you run into any issues or have questions along the way, feel free to let us know. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction.

    Thanks

CANCEL WITHOUT PAYING THE YEARLY FEE PENALTY: In “manage account” change your plan to any other plan (it doesn’t matter which but good to choose the cheapest one available just in case). The window to cancel the plan for free (14 days) is reset as this change of plan is treated as a new subscription/contract agreement, and you can just immediately cancel the new plan for free. You will even get money back from what was already charged from your previous subscription.

     Hi @defaultn1t02op1yddk ,

We just want to add an important clarification for anyone who may come across this post.

While Adobe allows eligible customers to change their plans, the official documentation does not indicate that changing a plan resets the 14-day cancellation/refund period. Adobe's cancellation terms refer to 14 days from the initial purchase, and cancellation charges may apply after that period depending on the type of subscription.

Additionally, when a plan is changed, Adobe states that the previous plan is cancelled and a refund may be provided where applicable, rather than guaranteeing a refund of previous payments.
For this reason, we wouldn't recommend using a plan change as a method to avoid an applicable cancellation fee.

Please refer to these articles for clarity:

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you for your reply. However, it doesn't solve my problem, as my main goal is to transfer my subscription to the country where I've settled, so that I can benefit from the local rate.

you can change countries as explained by @kanikas28368183, but if you want a different rate you’ll need to cancel your current subscription and start a new one after making sure your using the correct country.

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. if that doesn't work for you, don't bother proceeding. otherwise, change what's necessary:

change your country on adobe.com, https://www.adobe.com/international/selector/

change country associated with adobe id - https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/change-country-associated-with-adobe-id.html

change credit card and/or billing address, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/update-billing-information.html

    change currency - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1999694

    change store - http://www.adobe.com/store_selector/storeselector.html

    change adobe.com website language - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1999693

    change age - https://helpx.adobe.com/nz/creative-cloud/kb/you-eligible-cc.html
