i bought the adobe package {lightroom and photo} and ive been using them. however it says my trial is up even though i bought the package and everything. so im trying to figure out how can i fix this. thanks

    Sign out of your Adobe account. Restart the computer and then sign in to youir Adobe account.

    It may take 24 hours for a newly purchased subscription to show up on your account.

     

    If that doesn't work, try updating the cc App.
