Account access lost | Unable to reach support

Hello there, this same thing has happened to me, and I am wondering if I may also message you? I was sent this forum by someone trying to help me. 
 

i have been calling adobe about my account being taken over since day 1 of it happening. That was in the beginning of February. We are now in mid July and I am having to spend money to possibly take the company to court for stealing my property. 
 

likewise they cancelled the plan on Feb 26th, somehow 14 GB of my data is in limbo, and I can’t speak to anyone who can help me retrieve it. 
 

i am a creative design student, and worker, and I now have none of my portfolio because my acciunt was stolen on a business profile without my consent. 
 

please advise if I could also reach out to you.

 

i have actually even been messaging the board of directors through LinkedIn about this because I am so beyond desperate for help.

    I am sorry for all the problems you have encountered managing the services and accessing the services you purchased, ​@Savanna.

     

    What type of access issue are you encountering? Your individual plan with a student discount is active. You did choose to use an email address that is managed by your school when you created your account. Your school does have the option to claim accounts that are registered to their domain.

     

    This is a conversation that you should have with your school’s Creative Cloud plan administrator, ​@Savanna. If they are trying to claim your subscription, then it is likely that they can also provide you greater savings or perhaps the plan is already included with your tuition?

     

    Equally, most organizations that offer their own Creative Cloud plans will block access to Individual plans and services. This is to reduce bandwidth usage and network infrastructure cost. This could explain the problems you have encountered accessing your individual subscription, ​@Savanna.
