Account access lost | Unable to reach support
Hello there, this same thing has happened to me, and I am wondering if I may also message you? I was sent this forum by someone trying to help me.
i have been calling adobe about my account being taken over since day 1 of it happening. That was in the beginning of February. We are now in mid July and I am having to spend money to possibly take the company to court for stealing my property.
likewise they cancelled the plan on Feb 26th, somehow 14 GB of my data is in limbo, and I can’t speak to anyone who can help me retrieve it.
i am a creative design student, and worker, and I now have none of my portfolio because my acciunt was stolen on a business profile without my consent.
please advise if I could also reach out to you.
i have actually even been messaging the board of directors through LinkedIn about this because I am so beyond desperate for help.
