I am from Guyana. A country in South America where Adobe doesn't allows you to upgrade your account to the business account/pro. 

Now my question to the community is 'Can I have someone in the US create and upgrade the account to the Pro version and use that acoount in Guyana? or it doesn't permit you to do that?'

    circumventing adobe's restrictions on accounts from guyana would, at least, be unethical and might be illegal.

    But I would be paying for the account with all the services.
