Account/Billing Issues

For the third time I have gotten a notice that my account has been cancelled. I have a payment method on file. When I look at my account info it says that the next billing will be Jul 3 2020. Can't seem to talk to anyone at mission control. If something is wrong on my end, I'd like to know so I can fix this.

OK, I think its resolved. I added a CC number for payment. There must have been an issue with paypal. They don't say why they are cancelling so its hard to know how to fix the problem.

They keep trying to bill but don’t say what it’s for. I think I own my Adobe program so why keep billing for more? No phone number, no customer service. Risking this public posting.
