Account doesn't a cancel option

Hi there, 

 

I have been going round in circles for the last couple of hours and would be gratful of some help.

 

I have a free account with no plans and I would like to cancel it completely but there is no option to cancel it as I don't have a plan set up. All the links to online chat are not working even with cookies enabled and I have followed countless cancellaiton links but none seem to apply on my account. 

 

Please could someone help me with this?
