Account flagged falsely flagged for fraud
I created a new subscription and my account got falsely flagged for fraud (no reason given, I just got an email that my subscription has been cancelled 3 days after I created it). I received the following email:
---
“We are reaching out to notify you that our fraud prevention specialists detected fraudulent behavior concerning your Creative Cloud Pro subscription. As a result, your subscription has been cancelled and you will no longer be able to access the included Adobe apps and services.
For more information, please contact our dedicated customer support line at 866-493-4991.
Sincerely,
The Adobe Genuine Team”
---
When I called the number it simply says “We’re looking for your information” and then promptly, “Thank you for using Adobe, goodbye.”
I’ve re-subscribed because I need to work, but now I’ve paid twice for the subscription fee and I’m not sure if I’m just going to get locked out in a few days! I have no idea why my subscription got flagged for fraud in the first place, and want a refund for the initial subscription.
