Account Hakerate

"I have my card attached to Adobe, but I didn't make any subscriptions. From the connected devices I get a computer that is not mine, and it tells me that a subscription has been written down taking the money from my card, what can I do?

deactivate all signed-in devices, https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices and enable 2fa (https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/secure-your-adobe-account.html)

then check, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html

if you're still convinced the charge is fraudulent, contact your credit card issuer and report it.

We are here to help you. I see that you had purchased a Creative cloud all apps subscription around 2 months ago. The subscription now stands cancelled. There is no other active subscription under the ID that you are using here. Let us know if there is any other information you are looking for.
