Account locked by red billing error popup after trial ended. Cannot access "Cancel Plan" button.
Hi everyone,
I am looking for advice on how to cancel my subscription when the system completely blocks my access.
Recently, our company's graphic designer suddenly resigned, and I had to handle an urgent design task to solve an immediate problem. I signed up for a 7-day free trial of Photoshop just to fix that specific urgent work.
Since my own computer's storage space was completely full, I couldn't even install the application on my machine. Instead, I had to log in and use Photoshop on another computer that already had the software installed. I used it for just that single day to finish the task, and I have never used the service or logged in anywhere again after that.
Unfortunately, due to a heavy workload, I missed the cancellation deadline by just 1 day. Now, my account is locked/suspended with a red payment failure popup. When I click "Manage Plan," the popup blocks the entire screen, making it impossible for me to click "Cancel Plan" or "Change Plan" by myself.
Has anyone experienced this loop before? How can I contact Adobe to cancel this plan and wave the unpaid fee when the account page is completely blocked?
Thank you in advance for your help!
