Account management

Hello, I am a student at eastern Connecticut state university and I am messaging this today because for some reason all the adobe apps are saying I have to start a free trail on the apps but I have an account on adobe. I'm signed in to my student account and it just got billed five days ago. So I'm a little confused on why its saying this because I've had an account since October and now its basically telling me I don't have an account. please help.
