Account Management help! Cannot set primaty email address!
Hello, kind of desperate here! I have an old email address as my primary and login ID. One day will not be expiring. My secondary address is my main email address everywhere else. I wanted to swap my primary and secondary email addresses. (For years!) The system will not let me use my desired address because it says it is in use. So I removed my secondary address. But when I tried to use it as primary I got the error message saying it was in use.
Beaten, I tried to reinstate my "good" email address as secondary, but was not premitted to do so because it was "in use". What can I do? The virtual ssistant wasn't helpful at all.
