Account management not working at all

Hello,

 

After logon, we try to access our plans, invoices or simply try to create a support ticket and we get the message in attach. We cannot create or change plans either.

 

Nothing works...

 

Inside photoshop, AI says we dont have internet so it doesnt work too. We have great internet.

 

Since we cant create a support ticket (why??????) can someone help us here please?
