Account not recognising subscription

Hi, I subscribed to the photography plan back in May this year, I had some massive Mac problems and did a complete clean install of Monterey and and re installed CC and PS +LR, trouble is this is as a 7 day trial and CC wil not recognise that I am paying for the plan. Sorry if this is shown somewhere on the forum but I couldn't find it. any advise would be very greatfully received as getting a response to chat from Adobe is....

With Creative Cloud you can automatically deactivate the old computer, that's not a problem. But you don't sign in to the apps. You sign in to the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Did you do that? It automatically enables all of the apps you have subscribed to.

 

If there is still a problem, please check your account on Adobe's site - does it still show the plan as active?

Peru Bob, thanks for taking the trouble to reply, sadly this doesn't help. I'm beginning to realise that my problems may stem from the fact that I was unable to deactivate my apps before wiping my HDD and reinstalling them so I need to find the easiest way of doing this (re-activating). Is it as simple as signing back in to each app individually or do I need input from Adobe?
