Hi,
I'm trying to log into my Adobe account to download my latest invoice, but the website doesn’t fully load. The page starts loading and then hangs — it just stays stuck, and I see it's trying to load banners or some scripts, but nothing happens.
I’ve tried:
- Different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
- Incognito/private windows
- Clearing cache
- Even trying from another device
Nothing works, and I still can't access the billing/invoice section. I urgently need to get my invoice — could it be sent to my email, or is there another way to download it?
